 * Hi
 * I found Nelio results very useful, but the data is quite a bit different to what
   I’m seeing on Google Analytics and on the WordPress stats.
 * I set my experiment up to record visits to the buy page as a conversion goal (
   from [http://www.zalloys.com/wheelprotectors](http://www.zalloys.com/wheelprotectors)).
 * Nelio recorded 14 visits to the buy page. But WordPress recorded 34 visits for
   the same period.
 * How do I reconcile these results?
 * Thank you

 * Hi again!
 * Different analytic tools might show different results when counting page views
   and visitors. In a split testing tool, what’s really important is proportions(
   how many visitors completed my goal compared to the total amount of visitors).
 * That said, I must admit that I’m surprised with the results being _that_ different.
   One possible explanation could be, WordPress is counting your visitors twice.
   When a user accesses the buy page (recorded in WordPress), Nelio redirects it
   to the alternative version of that page (recorded both in WordPress and Nelio).
   As a result, you see about twice the visits in WordPress as those you see in
   Nelio.
 * If you’re wondering why Nelio’s redirecting visitors in the Buy page, given the
   fat that this page is not the tested page, but the conversion page, that’s because
   of Nelio’s “consistency” setting. When it’s enabled, all pages in your site load
   alternative content. This way, if you changed the title of a page, or the featured
   image of a post, or anything, alternative content will be loaded everywhere,
   so that if the tested page is referenced from another page, what you see there
   and on the actual tested page is “consistent”.
 * I hope this clarifies all your questions!
 * If there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
 * Best,
    David
