 * It would be awesome, when in the plugin description are some notes about data
   security of the plugin so that legal departments can release the plugin for the
   usage.

 * Hi. I’m not sure what are you concern about?
    You are worried about data will
   be sent to service outside wordpress? Or need warranty that plugin is secure 
   enough to use?
 * 1. No data will be sent out. I use wp_mail function to send email, then no extra
   data, no extra email, no tracking, no usage statistic…
    2. I have no warranty
   that your site will 100% safe on attack
