# Data submitted too often

 * Hello everyone @ cleantalk,
 * currently, we do have the issue of the following message:
 * *** data submitted too often ***
    Please wait a couple of minutes.
 * We do have this problem on more than 10 websites (all using CleanTalk pro).
 * This error also affects regular contact forms of all sites, in short: customers
   can’t contact us and get that error.
 * Please provide any guidance on how to fix this error.
 * We are using contact form 7.
 * Sure, I can provide more information when needed.

 * EDIT: In order to enable the forms to work, we have temporarily enabled the option“
   don’t check form” (CF7, Gravity form etc.).
