    I have installed and configured the plugin in my store. The problem is that only 1/3 of the data I receive on facebook are tracked. How is it possible?

    Hi,

    are you using some caching plugins? There are known issues with server-side events that we are fixing with the release of the new version that may be related to your issue, most probably within the next 24/48hours.
