 * Where can I access the extra responses from the registration form in the database?
   I didn’t find it on wp-posts, is there any other place I can find?

 * Sorry for the delayed response.
    Regarding the query, all extra fields information
   is stored in the wp_posts table. Since a prefix “user_registration_” is added
   to the field name, you can search the table with the prefix and you should be
   able to get it.
