# Database Connect Error

 * Plugin looks amazing but…
 * I can’t connect to my database, I get the following error:
 * Connect Error: Access denied for user ‘xxxxxxxx’@’000.0.0.0’ to database ‘xxxxxxxx’
 * I’ve redacted the details here but you get the gist.
 * Everything else was a breeze to setup.
 * This is the final step and I can’t get past it!
 * Any ideas?

 * Is this the Book a Room *main* or the Book a Room *Event Calendar* that you are
   having issues with?

 * WOW, thanks for the more than swift response!
 * Sorted it, I had to add prefix to database name. I assumed because it asked for
   database prefix in a separate field it didn’t need it in the database name field,
   if that makes sense!
