 * “Query Monitor” detects a database error on my website and this increases the
   server load to 100%, causing all websites on the server to slow down. How can
   I fix this?

 * My Report Number **XPRTPGLQ** and yes, when LCS is disabled, the error disappears
   and the website becomes faster.

   about what errors are returned by Query Monitor.
   From what I see there are NOT
   know issues with plugins you have active on site.

   add_option**I would debug why the error appear: maybe comes from values added
   for: **option_name** or **option_value** There are not know issue in this area,
   please try debugging yourself.
