 * when the log in page doesn’t appear.I instead get this error; Error establishing
   a database connection. my website get users the need to register or login for
   input. this error is a big problem for me. Please. i need expert help. I myself
   cannot access my site. This error is preventing me from making post or do any
   forms of editing on [http://can-i.org](http://can-i.org) which is my word press
   application site.

 * “Error establishing a database connection” means WordPress can’t connect to the
   database as defined in its wp-config.php file. Double check and make sure you’re
   connecting to an existing database and that you have spelled it correctly in 
   the wp-config.php file. Also make sure you’re using the right database username
   and password as well as the right URL and ports to connect to the database.
