 * I’m getting the following error (4x) in the WordPress error log on each page 
   load:

   doesn’t exist for query SELECT count(*) FROM wpthcc_cm_campaign_history WHERE`
   event_type`=”click” AND `banner_id`=”6″ made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’),
   require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’), include(‘/themes/thcc/front-
   page.php’), genesis, get_header, locate_template, load_template, require_once(‘/
   themes/genesis/header.php’), do_action(‘genesis_header’), call_user_func_array,
   genesis_do_header, dynamic_sidebar, call_user_func_array, SLB_Lightbox->widget_callback,
   call_user_func_array, WP_Widget->display_callback, ACWidget->widget, do_shortcode,
