   SELECT t1.* FROM 2fbi_formmaker as t1 WHERE t1.id NOT IN (0) ORDER BY t1.`id`
   asc LIMIT 0,20
 * WordPress database error: [Table ‘fqcgddrhdgj.2fbi_formmaker’ doesn’t exist]
   
   SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `2fbi_formmaker`WHERE id NOT IN (0)
 * i have installed it a few times and tried to see if the tables will be created.
   but its not working. please advise
