 * We are having this errormessage logged on the checkout/order-received/861/?key
   =wc_order_xxxxxxx. Using latest plugin.
 * Column ‘transaction_id’ cannot be null request INSERT INTO `_bitpay_checkout_transactions`(`
   order_id`, `transaction_id`) VALUES (‘861’, NULL) created by require(‘wp-blog-
   header.php’), require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’), do_action(‘template_redirect’),
   WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_fiHi!
    lters, woo_custom_redirect_after_purchase,
   bitpay_checkout_insert_order_note
 * Any ideas on what could be the issue?

 * Can you let us know your process as to how you’re getting this issue? The transaction_id
   would be the one generated on the BitPay invoice creation (if you change from
   the modal to redirect option you’ll see the transaction id generated)
