 * HI,
 *  I own this website, and I am getting a “Database error” and I can’t load my 
   website.
    I hosted this in DigitalOcean and when I try to fix it on the console,
   I get an IP address is not available. I need help to fix this issue.

 * I tried to install some plugins, and after that, I am not able to start the console.
   Below is the error, please help
