 * I had the same problem of “Error establishing a Database conection” described
a thousand times here and changing the Database Charset (from latin1 to utf8)
   it has gone.
But now, my WordPress is full of , what I imagine it would be
the accents of my language (pt_BR). On pages and posts I can edit it and replace
it, but on the WordPress translation itself, it will be a little more trickier.
 * What could I do to replace them all for once?
    Any idea?
