 * Today i see several of these:

 * With different numbers after the “duplicate entry”. I run WP 6.2.x and PHP 8.0,
   Litespeed commercial and Mariadb 10.6.12
 * Also before that started i see ONE log like this:

 *  This can happen, it’s rare, and doesn’t cause an issue. We’re investigating 
   the php warning and should be addressed in the next release.
