# Database Error | Error establishing a database connection

 * So I setup and new wordpress site with a database on my host 1and1 and it worked
   fine, no problems.
 * I have just gone on it to do some more work on it and it wouldn’t load and finally
   came up with this error despite me not changing anything.
 * Anyone know what the problem could be??

 * Ok it must be a server issue then, I did try to contact them and I can’t even
   log in so must be a prob their side. Thanks anyway
