    I receive this error message permanently “‘mydatabase.wp_mail_bank_meta’
   doesn’t exist für Abfrage SELECT meta_value FROM wp_mail_bank_meta WHERE meta_key
   IN(‘settings’,’email_configuration’) von require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘
   wp-config.php’),
 * I have installed version 2.0.1 of Mail Bank.
    Any hint or suggestion for a solution?
