I have data stored by another plugin and I can’t post it here, but what stand out are the message is containing special characters “❤️🧡💛💚 💙💜”.I’ve tried to replicate it on blank installation and it was working, so I can’t confirm that it was that. Can you please verify how you sanitize the data that are stored in database? Thank you!
