# Database error, table missing

 * I have installed the plugin and put the minimal widget in the sidebar. When I
   try to subscribe to the newsletter from my live page I get a white page with 
   the message:
 * Database error see the log files (log files path can be found on Newsletter diagnostic
   panel)
 * The error log states:
    ERROR – m: 21,6 MB, u: 0 – Table ‘wordpress_cf.O2fadPS_newsletter’
   doesn’t exist
 * Any suggestions?
 * Many thanks

 * Never see such kind of prefix for a table name. Which is your database prefix(
   check it in the status panel).

 * I got same issue too. Table “$wpdb->prefix.newsletter” not create in database.
   When i added user, i got error which said database error
