    having had 504 on my site, I check the error log and see this
 *     ```
       [26-Mar-2022 17:50:32 UTC] Error in Matomo (tracker): Invalid non-unique idsite/idorder combination (1, 36164), conversion was not inserted.`
       ```
   
 * What should I do ?

 * there is no reason that this error leads to a 504 error. the 504 errors are network
   errors.
 * this error can come from a double submission or your order.
    Do you have a double
   tracker in your page?

 * It could be coïncidence : visitors told me they had 504 and I saw this at about
   the same time.
    Single occurence.

    For your error
   in your log, we can set up a log debug if it happens again. Kind regards
