# Database Errors – Not Creating Tables During Install

 * I am finding that “redirection” (version 2.3.4) is not creating tables during
   its install when using WP 3.9.1
 * I had to go into an existing WP install that has a good functioning “redirection”
   install and use phpMyAdmin to export all the tables for redirection and then 
   import into this new install.
 * Now it is working fine without error.
 * So it seem redirection’s database table creation is not working.

 * Redirection should always create tables when first installed. The times when 
   this won’t happen are:
 * – Redirection was previously installed. An attempt will be made to upgrade the
   tables, if they have changed
    – Errors occurred when creating the tables
 * Did you have a previous installation from an older version?
    Do you have access
   to the PHP error logs to look for errors?
