   config.php on line 142 Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in /home/angrygue/
   public_html/wp-admin/install-config.php on line 143 All right sparky! You’ve 
   made it through this part of the installation. WordPress can now communicate 
   with your database. If you are ready, time now to run the install why does it
   tell me it’s okay to go, if it’s not? it this a permission error? im assuming
   it’s connecting to the database, so, what should i do to fix it?
