 * Hi there
    I need to move / copy a 14MB database to another account so that I 
   have some data to design another theme around. I don’t have cpanel. The admin
   area with my host has a 10 MB restriction. WordPress has an 8 meg restriction.
   Is this possible?

 * There are a variety of ways to export the database:

 * As for importing with a size limitation, contact your hosting provider. They 
   should be able to import it for you.
