 * You already have a database cleaner, I was wondering if you would add a feature
   to removed orphaned data for thing like removed plugins and such things like 
   another plugin does,
 * option to see the the name of the item the data belongs to and if its inactive
   or removed
 * Example litespeed, Not installed.
 * if this make sense
