I’ve spent over an hour verifying that they are correct. I have run out of ideas. I’ve also contacted the webhotel. Any ideas? I’ve tried changing the password to something else and then changing the config file with no luck. I checked the status at the host’s site and it says that it is online. I can access the server via the host’s site. * 2. I don’t consider it likely. I’ve verified that the username and password are correct by using them to log in myself. I tried multiple names for the hostname and dbname. I will try again now to be sure… * I found “mysql5.unoeuro.com” in my information email and tried it with no luck. That is the username that I have entered. * As I wrote earlier. I have already contacted support with a description of the problem.
