 * I am installing wordpress for the first time. I am following the instructions
   on this site: [http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress)
 * I have having a problem coordinating my datbase and wp-config.php
 * i think my problem is
 * in phpMyAdmin …the part where you click ‘privlages’ then ‘Add a new User’ I am
   getting an error when I try to create a new user.
 * I understand the end goal is to get ‘a blank database’ and modify the wp-config.
   php file to access the database..
 * I am using phpMyAdmin 2.6.3-pl1
 * I hope what I am writing makes sense.
