database table post_meta too big

    I have the social plugin installed and after using it for some time I see the database table post_meta is getting really big. Many row connected to social. Is there a way to clean this up? This row is taking more than have of the database size

    I removed the plugin from my website and still all the records are in the database. How can I clean this?
