# DATABASE UPDATE REQUIRED PROBLEM

 * First I see this message:
 * ‘Database Update Required
    WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on 
   your way, we have to update your database to the newest version. The database
   update process may take a little while, so please be patient.’
 * After I update it says:
 * ‘Update Complete
    Your WordPress database has been successfully updated!’
 * But it goes back to the previous message. I can’t log in to my wordpress.

 * I looked on the wp-content folder and there is no object-cache.php file
 * Is there another way to solve this?

 * I’m not using any caching plugins that I know.
 * I know my website has an SSL certificate, probably from my host.

   host about caching?

 * Just got an answer. My host answered back: “there’s no server side caching in
   place on our shared hosting servers.”
