# Date Fields not working properly

 * I’ve got an input form installed inside a wordpress page that has some date fields
   that are not working correctly. In Chrome, everything seems to be ok, but with
   IE or firefox, there is no formatting hint and no pop up datepicker.
 * When the exact same HTML form is hosted elsewhere, the datepickers work flawlessly,
   which points to WordPress being the problem. I don’t have any datepicker or contact
   form plugins installed.
 * Has anybody else run into this problem?

 * Thanks aysiu… I’m going to pass this on the the developers of the form to see
   if they can identify if this is the issue, but the problem I’m experiencing does
   not exhibit exactly the same behavior as the code in the jsfiddle example.
 * Would that explain why it would work normally outside of wordpress, but not so
   when hosted on a wordpress page?

 * I found out that it was a conflict with a plugin (optimizepress). I created the
   page on my default theme page and it works great now.
