    I’m testing this plugin. In sales table i have the all dates in format “11/
   30/-0001”, and in overview table the revenue (today and this month) is “0.00”.
   In Payment History date is ok. Can you help me to fix it? Dmitry.

 * We have just released an update to fix this bug. Any new affiliate sale should
   have the correct date.
