 * Thanks for the plugin. It is great.
    I have an issue though with dates coming
   across to Salesforce. The format for salesforce is d/m/y I have set wordpress
   to this format. When I use the calendar drop down on forms the format is y/m/
   d. How can I resolve this so that the date is taken into Salesforce?
