 * Hi i change the wordpress language to French and set date and time as i need ,
   but the date format is always in english.

 * Hello,
 * We are sorry that we missed your ticket. If the issue is still there, you need
   the WordPress installation in French and if you want to change the format of 
   the date you can do it in WordPress general settings at Settings > General on
   admin dashboard. This should fix your issue. Do let us know.
