Date incorrect on Invoice

    Hello,

    Just recently in the last week all invoices being created are showing an invoice date of 01 Jan 1970

    Previous invoices in the system are still ok

    To help others who may encounter the same issue:

    In WordPress settings I have the Date Format set as j F Y Preview: 15 July 2025

    If you set the date format as anything different to that in the plugin it will not display correctly.

    I did not realise you could override the options in the dropdown list and just type your own.

    Once that was done everything seems to have fixed itself.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue. The invoice or order date format can be updated directly from the “Date Format” option available in the respective sections on the Customize page (Invoice/Packing > Invoice > Customize) of the Invoice plugin settings.
