The date picker has to load a separate JS file for the datepicker. To set this to French, go to Bookings > Settings and set the Language option to fr_FR.
The plugin tries to load the correct language automatically, but in some cases you’ll need to set it manually like this.
I have the same problem, if i put it_IT nothing change, the date is always in englisg

I’m not sure what’s happening if you’ve set the language to it_IT under Bookings > Settings > General. Can you send a link to the booking form on your site?
Regarding the time format, d/m/y won’t work. You need to use the formatting strings indicated in the datepicker documentation here:

It looks like you’re using the Nuvo theme. Unfortunately, that theme has completely replaced the booking form in my plugin with their own. You’ll need to ask them about translating the form.
