Update both arrays (month long name and short name) and reupload to server and this will update the month names. I just tried it and worked for me.

I changed the long and short names, but only appears in Spanish in the timing of data entry. In the event continues to appear in English.

I have same problem, I change everything, but still is in english. I thing, that name of dates are genere from server, which is in english. You can translate just calendar in form.
