 * Hi,
 * After numerous issues with Hummingbird causing various display errors I decided
   to de-activate the plugin.
 * Unfortunately on doing so it has created another issue. I serve my images using
   the Shortpixel CDN ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortpixel-adaptive-images](https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortpixel-adaptive-images))
   and after disabling Hummingbird those images are no longer displaying.
 * I’ve setup a staging area to to demonstrate the issue so that I don’t break my
   live site. Is there somewhere I can send you the access details for the staging
   site?
 * Thanks,
 * Andy

 * Hi Andy,
 * Sorry to hear you had issues with Hummingbird and that you images are still not
   loading after disabling it.
 * This sounds like there’s a caching somewhere that is still affecting your site.

   What you can try is re-installing Hummingbird and follow these steps: 1. Go to
   Hummingbird > Caching > Page Caching, make sure caching is enabled, clear it,
   and then disable it. 2. Go to Hummingbird > Settings and set to Reset and Remove
   data on uninstallation and then delete the plugin from Plugins panel.
 * If the issue is still there check your site files via FTP or cPanel and see if
   you have **wphb-cache** and **wphb-logs** folders inside /wp-content/ folder
   and remove them from there.
 * Once all of that is done make sure to clear your browser cache as well or check
   with a different browser and see if the images are loaded properly again.
 * Cheers,
    Predrag
