De-queue existing font-awesomeness?

I have found that multiple plugins I use and my theme all load font awesome. So, I use https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/dequeue-font-awesome/ to leave only one version, and then use your plugin to load that from the CDN. Works fine, but I wonder whether the two plugins could be merged? Might be an idea.
