deactivate Captcha via FTP

    Captcha not working! I am pretty sure it is because the site was not updated to the latest WP version, and because of this I have lost access to the WP admin. Until I can update manually, I was hoping to deactive the Captcha at least –via FTP. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Remember –I cannot access dashboard, only FTP.
