# Deactivate does not work

 * Hello,
 * I tried deactivating the free version of the plugin and it does nothing. Please
   advice.

 * That is rather an unusual issue. Do you have problems with deactivating other
   plugins too?
 * Have you tried deactivating the plugin from the Bulk actions dropdown menu?
 * If nothing else works, you can delete the plugin’s installation folder, located
   in wp-content > plugins, which will remove it.

 * It is a unique problem, tried the bulk deactivate and delete options, none seem
   to work. Will there be any problem deleting the plugin-folder from the plugins
   folder that may cause problems with the wordpress and other plugins?
