deactivate (unload) plugin only for a session or user

Hi everybody,
i’m looking (if is possible) for a solution for my problem.
I’m looking a way for deacivate certain active plugin of my blog.
I don’t need hard deactivation (without load deactivation hook or update list of active plugin in db).
I’m try to explain, for example i want deactivate X plugin if user surf from mobile device, but the same X plugin must work for desktop users.
nobody know a solution for deactivate on fly a plugin?
