Deactivate, yet settings still apply

    Tested WLCMS, and set up a user as editor, hiding multiple menu items.

    However, when I deactivate the plugin, clear the cache, the menu items are still hidden. I reactivated the plugin, cleared all the settings, still had the same problem. From your forum, some posted that the following would reset back to default,

    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset

    and it did indicate a reset, yet when I log in as the editor user, menu items are still hidden.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    That is strange, if the plugin has been reset, but the menus are not showing the way you expected, I am not sure what the problem would be.

    Can you upload a photo or before and after, maybe that will help us understand whats going on.

    Hi,

    It looks like you are logging in with two different types of accounts I assume an editor and admin, are you sure that the menus for the editor are meant to be appearing according to capabilities?
