 * If I deactivate a plugin, is it necessary to restart system or logout & login
   to wordpress to take deactivation effect??
 * I have an example:
    I wanted to check conflict between Responsive WordPress Slider–
   Soliloquy Lite and Business Directory Plugin. I deactivated Slider plugin and
   checked my website in another browser as an ordinary user (without logging in),
   but the slide show was still working there.
 * Please help
