Deactivating License and using another time

Hello,

I am interested in buying this plugin, but I have one main question:

Can I deactivate the license in one site and use in another?

Just to be me more clear:
Supposing that I will make one site at a time, and deliver one site at a time, can I simply deactivate the license, delete the plugin without having any problems, and use the full feature of the plugin in another site?
