Deactivating only one language

Hi,

I need to deactivate a language, while translating… How do I do that?

Issue:
I have 5 languages, and need to launch the website with german text “now” due to a deadline. The other 4 languages can wait a few weeks. So I need to disable these 4 languages – but not delete them, since I’m still editing.
