Deactivating Plugin Breaks Billing Section

    > WordPress v4.7.4

    When deactivating the “WooCommerce Checkout Manager” plugin it appears to break the billing section of the checkout form. After deactivation, the billing area appears blank. How do we properly uninstall/deactivate this plugin? Thank you.
