 * Hi, what would happen to existing onging subscriptions if I deactivate the plugin?
   Will they be effected at all or once a user has subscribed, does PayPal take 
   it from there?

   Please note a billing
   agreement is created on PayPal when a subscription is purchased.Therefore, if
   the plugin is deactivated, the billing agreement could continue charging the 
   users but no renewal orders will be created on WooCommerce.
