 * Hi,
 * That can only be your web hosting company having some kind of setup which restricts
   access if you go over their resource limits. (And their resource limits must 
   be low enough that they don’t allow you to back up) – so, you’ll need to ask 
   them.

 * Ask them what resource limits are on your hosting, and say that attempting a 
   backup appeared to trigger them.
 * It’s also possible they have no resource limits, and it was just that the server
   you’re on is very slow/overloaded, and one more backup job was enough to tip 
   it over the edge.
