# Debug Genius Needed

 * I’ve used backwpup on over a dozen websites **with no fail.** But today I loaded
   it on a new website and I am greeted with **“Job “FULL BACKUP – DO NOT DELETE”
   has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.” ** 
   Anyone know what the issue might be? Thank you.

   I think there is a site permission issue there, so BackWpUp can’t create backup
   files, please make sure the wp-content/uploads folder is writeable so BackWpUp
   can run correctly.
