 * Looks like there were temporarily some errors on our end with our API servers,
   and it wasn’t successfully able to handle some requests. Towards the end of the
   log it’s showing successful submissions again. Hopefully only a temporary thing
   overall, and I think we can disregard for the moment.
 * However, if it comes back, let us know.
