 * The “Bad Request” item in the middle of the provided logs above would be what
   caused at least one instance. Typically a “Bad Request” is around entries that
   had been flagged as a spam account who may be getting added to too many lists
   too quickly, or for some other reason that we feel it’s suspect.
 * Is the admin notification staying persistent right now, or has it stayed gone
   away since earlier? The visiting of the logging page should be triggering the
   removal of display, but if it comes back then another incident of some sort re-
   added.

 * The admin notification has not returned, but I’m still getting regular “bad requests”
   in the debug log. Do I just ignore unless the admin notification comes back?

 * Yeah, and you should be able to disable the “support logging” checkbox for the
   moment. It should be writing if and when needed, but no reason to keep the menu
   item revealed at the moment.
