 * While I was testing your plugin, after clearing transients, I received this message
   in the screen (my debug is active):
 * `Undefined index: clean_optimize in D:\Var\www\html\wp-content\plugins\artiss-
   transient-cleaner\includes\clean-transients.php on line 148`
